We're an American company, we ship from our Charlotte, NC based warehouse and distribution center.  

INDIA & REST OF THE WORLD Orders                      

We ship from our own factory and distribution unit in Noida, India.               

Cancellation Request:           

An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of order's confirmation only. No cancellation would be accepted after we shipped the item.
